On presentation of an official urbis leaflet offering a £100 per person reduction from next years deposit on certain houses, the following offer applies.

1. On request, by using the Contact Us page of this web site, a list of the houses to which the offer currently applies will be provided.

2. On production of the offer leaflet at the signing of a new tenancy agreement to take one of the applicable houses, £100 per person for each new tenant will be deducted from the deposit amount paid by each current tenant living in that house during this current academic year. For example, If the house has six current tenants who paid a joint and several deposit of £2700 on the signing of their tenancy agreement and you want to take this house for yourself and five others for next year, the joint and several deposit you will need to pay on signing the new tenancy agreement will be reduced from the amount charged last year by £100 for each official offer leaflet produced to us, with a maximum reduction of £100 per new tenant for that house. If you all have a leaflet, the deposit would reduce to £2,100. If only one of you has a leaflet, the deposit will reduce to £2,600, and so on.

3. The deposit will still be joint and several.
