1. Urbis Property is the Trading Name of Chris Attey and no other person or company whether expressed or implied here or elsewhere by him or by others.

2. All of the Executive and London properties and most of the Student properties listed and advertised on this site are owned and fully maintained by Urbis Property.

3. Some of the Student properties advertised are not owned, managed or maintained by Urbis Property. Ownership and maintenance responsibility is made clear in the Properties Section. Descriptions of those properties not owned by Urbis Property are provided by the owners themselves and are not vetted by Urbis Property.

4. The points below apply only to Student property owned by Urbis Property.

All of our houses and appartments are extremely spacious and very comfortable, providing you with an exceptional and exclusive home from home.
Most of our Durham houses have Aga cookers. They are highly cost effective and energy efficient. The gas burners only come on in very short bursts and only enough heat escapes to provide the house with a cosy warm heart. They also make a perfect drier for wet sports kit !!
As well as oozing character from their original 18 th and 19 th Century period features and locations, most of our houses and apartments have other unique features such as

Beautiful and practical stripped floorboards and parque floors.
Metal framed double beds with superior quality deep comfy mattresses.
Attractive and contemporary leather sofa's and arm chairs.

Safety is paramount with full mains wired smoke detection systems, fire doors to every habitable room providing a secure fire escape route, full gas and electrical safety certification, full Government HMO Standards certification and full DSU Code of Standards certification.
We employ a maintenance team who service only our properties. They keep the houses in good shape, look after the gardens and respond rapidly to any maintenance requests you may have.
