Most of our Durham houses have Aga cookers. They are highly cost effective and energy efficient. The gas burners only come on in very short bursts and only enough heat escapes to provide the house with a cosy warm heart. They also make a perfect drier for wet sports kit !!

We directly employ our own full time maintenance team who service only our properties. They keep the houses in good shape, look after the gardens and respond rapidly to any maintenance requests you may have.
